• DO NOT brush/floss teeth 6 hours before session

• HYDRATE 24 hours before session

• KYF COSMETICS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY KYF COSMETICS SERVICES

During your appointment

Deposit:

• A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to book and will go towards your service.

• Send deposit immediately to the following:

• Zelle: 909-727-4131

• Apple Pay: 909-727-4131

• Title Deposit as follows:

• Deposit_Last Name,_First Name Initial_Date

• (Deposit Smith, J 05.23.22)

Deposit must be sent within 20 minutes of order to avoid cancellation

Payment:

• Remaining balance must be payed with Zelle, Cash, or Apple Pay. NO EXCEPTIONS

Location:

• Location details will be sent via text the day before your appointment for security purposes

Late Policy:

• There is a 10 minute grace period for all services. After 10 minutes is a late fee of $10 will be applied.

• After 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and your deposit is lost.

Cancellations:

• MUST notify at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. The deposit could be transferred to another date for rescheduling.

• Emergency sessions will be charged $20

• No call/ No show - Cannot book again
